MEET
ANDRE SMITH
Andre Smith is a native of South Florida, scoring more than 1,100 points during his career at Miami Palmetto Senior High. He attended UNC-Asheville, where he finished his career as the 6th all-time leading scorer and 2nd all-time in steals. He led UNC-Asheville to their first NCAA Division I Tournament appearance in 2003.
Andre spent a decade playing professionally. He started in the NBA’s D-league, before going to Lithuania (NKL All-Star), Mexico, Argentina (Liga-A Import All-Star), and the Iranian Super League. Coach Smith captained the Jamaican National Team from 2006-2011 and was inducted into the UNC-Asheville Hall of Fame in 2013.

ANDRE'S SKILLS IN ACTION PROJECT
The program is tailored to a player's unique needs, enhancing their game IQ, fundamental skills, and confidence on the court. Our credo is: "Regardless of athletic ability or physical build, you can become a proficient and skilled basketball player." Andre works with players from elementary through professional level, with specific, specialized programs for each skill level. His mission is to support athletes as they develop the skills necessary to reach their full performance ability.
